An exciting opportunity has arisen within LCM fuels team, the role is varied, exciting, challenging and enjoyable all in one and our aim is to ensure that our customers receive amazing service. LCM is looking for a Sales Executive who has experience and knowledge in the fuel industry.
The ideal Candidate will possess a strong sales and fuel background and be adept at building relationships with clients. This role requires excellent communication skills enabling you to connect with a diverse clientele. As a sales Executive, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.
Account Management
Working in the office you will:
• To be comfortable cold calling, data provided and found online
• Take and action inbound sales calls being responsible for cross selling all services and products within the LCM portfolio
• Manage accounts and build on existing relationships to create further sales opportunities
• Working from a designated list, make outbound calls to customers being responsible for cross selling all services and products within our portfolio
• Working with the Project Planners and Project Managers, supporting them to quote larger projects
• Responsible for accurate compiling of quotes on the Big Change system ensuring that:
o Company data is correct
o Contacts are correct
o Customer purchase orders are received and inputted
o Items are priced as per the up-to-date system price list (ask for help on non-line-item prices)
o New customer and credit checking procedures are followed
Otherwise, you will be:
• Working alongside marketing campaigns to call the customers and set sales appointments for relevant staff
• Lead generation: using guidance from your line manager, generate leads for the business
• Work with the marketing department to report on inbound opportunities.
• Build relationships with potential customers leading to increased sales.
• Research and identify potential clients.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Participate in trade shows, conferences and community events to help promote the company.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer service issues.
