Glass Flake and Resins.
Our range includes high-performance glass flake reinforced linings and coatings that protect steel surfaces. We also offer heavy-duty concrete protection systems to prevent corrosion in tanks and bund areas.
Glass Flake Lining
Glass flake linings, made from high-performance resins and reinforced with glass flakes, protect steel substrates. Each 1mm coating has about 125 layers of glass flake, offering excellent permeation resistance and a long, maintenance-free life. Vinyl ester-based glass flake coatings also provide outstanding chemical and temperature resistance.
GPR Laminate System
The SJ-01 system, designed primarily for concrete substrates, offers a cost-effective GPR lining for concrete tanks and bunds. It is widely used for lining cold water tanks, including domestic water and fire sprinkler tanks. We also install GPR ladders, platforms, and hatches.

LCM excels in applying specialised coatings like Glassflakes, Vinylester, Polyester, Epoxy, Ceramic, and Enamels. Our shot blasting services clean surfaces by removing rust, old coatings, and contaminants, ensuring the best possible adhesion for these coatings. We offer robust protection against corrosion, abrasion, and chemical exposure.
Flake Reinforced Coatings
Glass flakes are the most common reinforcement for coatings, but mica and metallic flakes are also available. Glass flake-reinforced polyester and vinyl ester coatings provide exceptional chemical resistance and long-term corrosion protection. Additionally, low-odor, solvent-free epoxy glass flake coatings offer outstanding abrasion and chemical resistance.
GPR Laminates
Heavy-duty linings, made from polyester or vinyl ester resin and reinforced with chopped strand glass fiber mat, are ideal for steel and concrete surfaces. They are especially effective for concrete tanks and bunds, as they can handle minor substrate issues like hairline cracks.
Moisture Cured Polyurethane
This system creates a flexible, seamless waterproof membrane, perfect for flat roofs and bund linings. It cures using moisture from the air, allowing application in damp conditions and even under standing water. Its high weather tolerance means it’s rarely delayed by adverse weather.
