LCM strengthens UK and Ireland operations with further acquisitions

LCM Environmental Group has continued its growth with the acquisition of Environmental Construction Services Ltd and Petro Systems in Ireland.

The additions follow the recent acquisition of Octane Holding Group Ltd and Octane Draincare Ltd, marking a significant period of development for the group across the UK and Ireland.

Environmental Construction Services Ltd brings dedicated construction capability into the LCM offering, strengthening the group’s ability to support customers with a wider range of site services. LCM and ECS have worked closely together for many years, making the acquisition a natural next step for both businesses.

Petro Systems also adds further strength to LCM’s presence in Ireland, supporting the group’s continued expansion and ability to deliver specialist services across a broader customer base.
